Tap test: 82

O LIFTING
RDL: 225x5, 315x3, 365x3, 405x3, 435x3, 455x3, 475x1, 495x1, 515x1
Snatch: 155x25x1 - 5 clusters of 5
French Press: 50x3x10, 5011
Incline DB Curls: 40x4x4, 4011

NOTES
RDLs felt really strong, I think this as heavy as I have gone ... have to go back through my log and check. Could have gone heavier in the snatch, up to 175 for my clusters but I was working without bumpers and didn't want to get kicked out of the gym. The rest of the work was just to keep up with the ancillary stuff because I need to keep muscles strong that I have been neglecting. I get that feeling like I'm talking to a big, empty room.

O LIFTING

Incline DB Press: 60x7, 70x7, 80x7, 90x7, 1011
Lat Pulldown: 180x8, 230x2x8, 1011
Seated DB Press: 60x5, 50x3x7, 1011
Seated Cable Row: 70x3x8, 1011
Snatch Grip Jumps: 245x4, 255x3x4

NOTES
Right shoulder still sore from the rotator cuff tear so I took it a little easy on the incline presses. The weight wasn't hard but it hurt like hell to get the dumbbells into position. Was weaker on the overhead press than I had hoped, flexibility is a real issue. The snatch grip jumps were quick, I was happy with my speed on them.
