New Year, New You

Granted, most New Year's resolutions aren't worth the four dollar champagne you guzzled before making them. Here's one worth keeping:
Vow to not pick up another current muscle mag until you order a copy of Strength and Health from anytime in the 1960's. You can find collectors names and addresses in the back of MILO or The Iron Master.
If you don't get inspired from the photos and articles highlighting Kono pressing 350+lbs, Schemansky snatching 370+lbs, Bednarski jerking 480+lbs and all the Oldetime Strongmen bending horseshoes and breaking chains...... it might be time to pursue that career in interpretive dance.
