Alright here I go again. After letting life get in the way of what I enjoy doing, I am finally getting back after it. I turn 30 this year and am seriously considering masters T & F next season. Damn that snuck up on me quick!! Anyway, I have been doing some higher volume work for the past few months to get a based built up. Today is the first day I started trying to do some real work. Here is how it went:

9/12/2010

Dynamic Warmup

Hang Snatch:
10 sets of 2 at 185 lbs

Pullups:
30 total reps


I know its pretty short, but I am trying to ease into some higher intensity work. Tomorrow is a squat and press so we'll see how that goes down.

Clean/Jerk x 10

Basketball 45 min


Throws:

ALternating 18 and 16lb stone
