:eek: Hello all Well I have been missing in action I have been trainign thought and some of the my trainign sessions have been pretty productive. I have backed off from heavy training this past week I have mostly been just doing some bloodflow work.
Thursday I just did some light Grip work which was asorted blob work and some thomas Inch Dumbell and ended up with eliptcal for 45:00 min.

Monday I did some frame deadlifts Starting off with one plate on each side, working my way up at five reps each set ending up with seven plates on each side. Which ended up being 730lbs for three of four reps, all was done in flip flops no belt and no intesity. Trying to save it for when it counts. lol
But all this was done because this weekend is the Carolina Classic in Charlotte NC so Pray for no injuries for any one and Lets go!

Oh yeah. Tuesday I did some light squats just to three plates on the bar this was done in an ascending weight pattern at five reps. Each set was done twice before moving to the next weight. Along with some more light grip work which was the 50lbs blob for four set and three sets alternating hands with the 158lbs thomas inch, then I finished with some eliptical for fifteen min alternating resistance for 75 seconds six sets. Yeah it sucked.:cool: but I think it will help in the long run.:)
