Hello everyone, Well I dont have much of a training session to talk about today, Because I have a Strongman meet this weekend I need to rest a little, I would prefer alot, but you know how that goes.

Anyhow I did Squat tonight with the Great Donnie Thompson and friends, Well the warm ups at least. We used the Camberd Squat Bar.

1 Blue band on each side with an empty bar was the first set for 5 reps

Set 2 one 45 on each side with the blues still on in which we also did the same weight for the 3 Set.

Set 4 and 5 Two plates on each side plus the blues (no Belts yet) and 5 reps.

Set 6 and 7 were my last sets, which were 3 plates and the blues for 4 reps (no belt) and I was done with Squating for the day. I continued my training session with stretches with the jump stretch bands. They are awsome, I say that because I did not have to go heavy today like Donnie did with Nine and a half plates on the camberd bar, (no Blues) very heavy. SO IT WORKS OUT; for me.

Anyhow, I say I'm happy now for not going heavy, after this week I'll be back on the grind again. I got the Carolina Classic at the end of the month.

That's some serious band tension there, Tex. Heard you were slinging iron with Donnie Thompson...need some extra strength floors with that crew.
