Food for thought

Browsing through a health food store recently, I was asked by an inquisitive teen, "What should I take to help me gain weight?" To which I replied, "You know the supermarket down the street - eat everything in it!"
Trying to figure out all the nutritional and supplemental do's and don'ts can get can get downright academic and pricey. Here's an easier way: Eat one gram of protein for each pound of bodyweight and twenty times that number in daily calories. A bit simple, but a mighty effective start
