We would like to thank everyone who made it to the first annual Sorinex Open House. It was great to meet everyone who attended and helped make this a better experience.
For those who were unable to attend. WOW did you miss out. Some put in an entire 8 hour day of training. The WOD for the Open House was Barbara, which was done outside during the heat of the day.
Overall this was an awesome and successful day. People from all different disciplines and experiences came together in the fellowship of strength, the only goal was to train hard and to make sure those around you did the same.
We had an excellent BBQ at the end of the day where everyone got to spend more time together and socialize.
