Exercise Order

Our training menu consists of a limited number of basic movements. We rotate the order of some exercises, but as a general rule each workout progresses from PRIMARY to Secondary to tertiary movements.

Keep your priorities straight: PRIMARY ""STRUCTURAL"" lifts first, with 6-8 min recovery-stretching between sets; Secondary ""Supplemental"" movements second, in alternating-set fashion if desired such that ""pushing"" and ""pulling"" exercises (e.g., Bench press & Seated row) are performed reciprocally, allowing you to maintain a normal work pace (3-4 min between sets) while effectively giving opposing muscle groups 6-8 min recovery; tertiary ""isolation"" exercises last, in superset/circuit fashion if desired.
