It's your head

If you glance through the old strength mags, you'll notice that all the home training kits came equipped with head straps. Our forefathers knew that a thick, powerful neck did more than just look good. It also provided the owner with insurance against injury and increased vitality. All that extra blood flow and neural stimulation that close to the brain does wonders for your sense of wellness. You can train your neck with manual resistance. Head straps and four-way neck machines get the job done, as well. And despite what the stuffed shirts say, the wrestler's bridge still works great. Just be sure to warm up thoroughly, use a firm pad, and alleviate some of the strain by bracing with your hands. Three sets of ten, in all four directions, twice a week should be enough to push you to the next shirt size.
