Dear Bert,
The order was received on December 14, 2007. The Sorinex glute-ham is by far the best piece of equipment I have ever bought or used in over twenty years of strength training. I purchase it ostensibly for my son whose athletic goal is to dunk a basketball everyone in the family has already used it and raved about its manufacturing quality and good looks. Also there is no better way to strengthen the posterior chain to increase jumping ability than working on a GHR machine and I believe there is no better equipment than Sorinex. Whether my son achieve his goal remains to be seen but if he does your equipment will be a major contributing factor in any of his athletic success.
