Bert and I went to Exton, PA last week to install the weight room for Old School Fitness. I can say that this was one of the best experiences I have had. It was a ton of fun.
The people at Old School Fitness are second to none. We expect nothing but success from this great group of people.
We took some video and pictures of Old School Fitness and interviewed a few of the guys who are involved in the project.
This first video is a video walk through of the build process and final product.
