Today the trilogy was back in full effect headbands and all. The headbands served to reduce the swelling after a serious brain storming session. After the brain warm up we jump right in. The usual pre work out dose of sports blend and Bs with some body quick chasers.
Rev hypers super setted with ab and neck attack.
Jump rope session for three or four sets.
Back Squts warmed up and then hit sets of 3 up to 505, then singled up to 595. Then G and me hit a rotating set of singles with 505 for about 7 sets last set I hit set of 3. Finished the day with one arm thomas inch pulls 132 and 158.
A good work out that will build intensity for thurs.

The Cybernetic Cannon and I worked out today with out the third Amigo today. G's parental Figures where in town and they were going to strap on the old feed bags. Today was PRETTY AWESOME and had a theme that I really enjoy and that is training fat( BAR THAT IS). If there is one way to change an average lift onto an awesome one it is do it with a FAT BAR.
Pre work out: NO BS PRE powder, Bs, and Sports blend, and then it was time to hit it.
Rev. Hyper 3x15
Ab attack 3x10 each way and neck attack 3x15
Hangong leg raises 3x10
Fat bar axle standing presses 4sets both in front of neck and behind
Superset with fat bar high pulls 4sets
Fat bar dead lifts next start dbl overhand until no more grip, then over under.
5sets 405 up upto 700
Db incline 3 sets one light 2 heavy with 150s for 8
Finished up with inch DB lifts.
Hands and forearms were totally dead at the end of this one.
Overall we got alot done and kept the pace up pretty good.

I wanted to thank everyone for the suppport yesterday at the contest. To see all you guys there was awesome. Tex and I had a great day and were able to compete side by side for most of the day which was awesome. There is no doubt he will be a great PRO one day soon and will make an impact. Now that we are able to train together with the awesome equipment Sorinex makes we will no doubt get better everday we hit the gym. I also wanted to give a big thanks to RP and the Complete H2O Minerals gang. You guys have a very special product and your finger on the pulse of sports nutrition. Also Tom K. deserves some serious credit for putting on a great show that was very smooth. I am feeling the high rep deads today but should recover soon. Well its back to the grindstone Monday but it will be a light recovery day. Again thanks to everyone I love to train and compete and you guys understand that!

Hey guys I know it has been awhile but I am BACK sort of. After ripping up my left bicep on may 1st I had surgery MAy 5th and have been laying low. Today I hit the gym for a very light workout but a workout none the less. Due toi the great equipment at the sorinex laboratory I have been able to stay in pretty decent shape. I also have added a good bit of cardio because thats all I could do for awhile. I have trim down to about 290 but plan on staying lean and being better than ever. Thanks to everyone for believing in my cyborg healing capabilities. Thats all for now but you may want to train hard because I will be ready to rock before you know it.
