This is a great workout everyone should try every now and then. Start of with 10 sets of 10 in the squat for a total time of 10 min. Start stopwatch, if it takes you 30 seconds to do 10 reps, your rest time is 30 seconds, if it takes you 40 seconds your rest time is 20 seconds. Stay on time, its killer. One of our guys here did all 10 sets with 286lbs.

Second, pick one other great leg exercise. We did dynabody squat (squat machine) again doing 10 sets of 10 in 10 minutes.

We then proceeded to do a 10 minute circuit of leg curl, low back and shrugs.

Finally we went out and did 200 yards of knee to the ground lunges.

As always finish up with more shrugs, ha.

Keep training hard!!!!!!!!!!! Sorinex rocks!!!!!

Welcome to the Sorinex Forums.

I gotta say that that workout is pretty serious.

We look forward to hearing more about the adventures of Ed, BJ, and Scott at UCF.

When I was training for Football I would end every workout, be it weights, sprints or technique with something similar; I would do ten 40 yard sprints in ten minutes. At fist blush it sounds easy because it takes only 5 seconds to do the sprint so you have 55 seconds to recover and it is easy for the first 3 or 4 ... then the gorilla jumps on your back and for some reason that bastard has a refrigerator in his backpack. Ahhh, the good old days. Now that I reminisce about it, I think I'll start doing them again.
