Training Tip

IT HAS BEEN AWHILE SINCE LAST TIME I WROTE A TRAINING TIP. MY TRAINING HAS CHANGED DRASTICALLY IN THE LAST 2 YEARS.
IN A SPAN OF 3 YEARS I HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH CONGESTIVE HEART
FAILURE, FEMORAL NERVE IMPEDIMENT, UMBILICAL HERNIA OPERATION, RADIAL AND ULNAR NERVE PROBLEMS, PHLEBITIS AND CELLULITIS. BUT I CONTINUE TO TRAIN!
MY PRESENT WORKOUT IS:
WEEK ONE
MONDAY: PARTIAL RACK SQUAT 10X3 TO 20 REPS 405- 855
WEDNESDAY: FLOOR PRESS 10X2
FRIDAY: RACK DEADLIFT ABOVE AND BELOW KNEE 405-805
WEEK TWO
MONDAY: SAFETY SQUATS 10X5 315-455
WEDNESDAY: DB BENCH
FRIDAY: HEX DEADLIFT 405-605

EVERY 8 WEEKS I VARY THE REPS AND EXERCISES. I STAY BUSY AS THE BASKETBALL STRENGTH COACH AT MODESTO JUNIOR COLLEGE AND TRAINING ATHLETES AT MY PRIVATE GYM "LEWS" PRESENTLY I HAVE 18 HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE ATHLETES LIFTING WITH INCREDIBLE RESULTS.
