In the training for throwing at the highest level, I am always looking for ways to improve my weight room numbers.
One valuable tool has been the addition of the Sorinex Back Attack. This machine enables me to cross train my Olympic lifts by combining the positions of the Power Clean and Snatch and target the functional weaknesses. It gives my low back and hamstrings the work and puts the body in the perfect position for the Romanian Deadlift.
My Olympic lift numbers have skyrocketed since adding the Back Attack to the weight room. This machine is in high demand with the University's Powerlifting club and varsity sports teams. Every athlete and coach has commented on the impressive gains with the Back Attack. With the growing number of "gadget" type machines on the market, the Back Attack can be counted on to deliver what is advertised and more.
