He's Still Got It!

For all of those who think you are too old to compete, lift, throw or what ever the case may be, think again.
My dad, Richard Sorin, strapped on his throwing shoes for the first time in 28 years on Saturday, to compete in the discus throw. He has not missed a beat!
The platter was still flying far and away, proving that you are only as old as you feel! He is presently training for the Masters Nationals, with hopes for berth on the World Team to Australia. Just a little motivation for you older guys, and for you young bucks, like myself, "Don't give up...EVER!"
